Fresh Fish all the time

We have been asked a few times if our fish are fresh.
Our fish get's delivered as soon as it get's flown in from Norway. To say, the only way that you can get fresher fish, is if you live in Norway, where you can catch the fish and then have the sushi fresher.  We get fresh fish in almost daily, making our sushi as fresh as you can get in South Africa
